The Ohana Kitchen is headed by Ryan Fitzpatrick who has ability and capacity to deliver food and provide catering for your event within your budget. We have a dedicated, professionally equipped private kitchen ready to meet your needs and our kitchen team is efficient, enthusiastic and discrete.

The philosophy of Ohana extends to our food and produce suppliers where we have gathered together a network of local and national artisan producers and growers. All components of our menus are made in house and showcase delicious, sustainably sourced, seasonal produce. All of which will make your Event or Wedding a memorable one.

We know the food ingredients that we work with and we understand how they are produced, harvested and transported. Our suppliers and producers are our good friends, we talk with them daily and we visit them regularly, ensuring the freshness and authenticity of ingredients so that there is a sense of connection to the food that we serve.

Having worked across many continents, and in many settings, we have a deep understanding of how food operates as an expression of cultural identity.  We work with our clients to ensure that we deliver food preferences that reflect traditional cultural practices and customs.

Tikis Shack

The Ohana Group Food Truck offers a fun and relaxed way to cater your wedding or event.

Our food truck is totally self-sufficient which means we can go anywhere on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane & Beyond, bringing with us a menu tailored to your event and guests.

Our menu boards can be customised to your menu and event theme, and we also have a selection of furniture, equipment and furnishings should you need help styling your celebration.

Flick Coffee Mobile Bar

In partnership with another local business, The Ohana Group have access to a Coffee Van. A coffee van is the perfect solution for events that need something fresh, quick and hot.

The coffee van menu includes light bites, incredible coffees thanks to our amazing barista, and we can even whip up Espresso Martinis for a little extra fun.

The van can travel anywhere on the Sunshine Coast, and we can work with all menu and dietary preferences. We can also help style the event with a selection of furniture, equipment and furnishings.

The Ohana Group Pop Up Bar adds a flourish of style and sophistication to any event.

From indoor to outdoor, our bar is designed to offer full service, cocktail service, or be configured as a drinks cart with punch bowl and cold drinks. 

We are fully licenced and can tailor our service to suit your event, guests and budget. Our bar is easily transported and can be set up to suit any layout or space with furnishings to reflect your event’s style.


The Bartenders Noosa

Grant Hawthorne is the founder and key operator for The Bartenders. Grant was born in Sydney, and in his early days relocated to the beautiful Sunshine Coast. He gained bar tending knowledge from a variety of different bar environments, though his passion for cocktails and professional service was refined while being the Bar Manager of Sofitel Noosa, which included the opening of the Riviera Lounge, developing a range of signature cocktails and implementing exciting brand strategies. After establishing a professional reputation, Grant decided to pursue his passion for creating memorable experiences by establishing his own mix of great service, handcrafted drinks and personal touch. Thus, The Bartenders was created.

The Bartenders are a team of highly passionate hospitality staff focused on premium beverage service and creating unique experiences in your home, your wedding, corporate event or special occasions. We are recognized as the cocktail specialists of the Sunshine Coast. Every event is unique, so the beverages should be too. Grant and the team tailor every event to our guests’ needs. We have a list of signature cocktail which are assured to get your mouth watering, as well as the choice of classic cocktails or custom designed cocktails.

We have a range of custom designed pop-up bars which have been developed for smooth operations whilst being a unique feature. We have premium glassware for all occasions, and enough to fill the hands of hundreds at large scale events.

Grant and his team spread their cocktail love by offering interactive cocktail masterclasses to small intimate groups. This gives all guests the opportunity to mix and sample a few of their own cocktails whilst being directed by the professionals. Our masterclasses are a unique experience which will always be remembered, taking home a practical skill set that will make you the life of your next party.
