The Ohana Kitchen is headed by Ryan Fitzpatrick who has ability and capacity to deliver food and provide catering for your event within your budget. We have a dedicated, professionally equipped private kitchen ready to meet your needs and our kitchen team is efficient, enthusiastic and discrete.

The philosophy of Ohana extends to our food and produce suppliers where we have gathered together a network of local and national artisan producers and growers. All components of our menus are made in house and showcase delicious, sustainably sourced, seasonal produce. All of which will make your Event or Wedding a memorable one.

We know the food ingredients that we work with and we understand how they are produced, harvested and transported. Our suppliers and producers are our good friends, we talk with them daily and we visit them regularly, ensuring the freshness and authenticity of ingredients so that there is a sense of connection to the food that we serve.

Having worked across many continents, and in many settings, we have a deep understanding of how food operates as an expression of cultural identity.  We work with our clients to ensure that we deliver food preferences that reflect traditional cultural practices and customs.


Our Executive Chef will meet with you to design a menu that caters to your requirements and budget. Even if your budget is small or aspirational, we can make it work so that your guests have a truly unique, fresh and satisfying food experience, rather than the sameness of package deals.
